Hi, I’m Aleksandar Boro

Scientist by training, healthcare industry leader by experience, and coach by calling.

Over the past 20 years, I’ve built my career across academic cancer research, medtech, biotech, and global pharma, moving between countries, disciplines, and increasingly complex roles.

I’ve worked in hospitals and research labs, contributed to international product launches, and led within cross-functional teams in both regional and global environments.

I have also experienced career change from the inside.

Through mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations, I’ve had to navigate uncertainty, make high-stakes decisions, and adapt to shifting expectations while continuing to perform and lead.

That lived experience is the foundation of my work today.

I don’t coach from theory. I coach from having made these decisions myself, inside the same environments my clients operate in.

Today, through Dr Boro Coaching, I work with healthcare industry professionals across pharma, biotech, and medtech who are navigating critical career moments, whether that’s stepping into bigger roles, managing complexity, or deciding on their next move.
