Hi, I’m Aleksandar Boro

Scientist by training, healthcare industry and medical affairs professional by experience, and coach by calling. Over the past two decades, I’ve moved between countries, across disciplines, and through multiple industries: from academic cancer research, to medical writing and scientific communications in the medtech sector, to operational roles in a fast-growing biotech, and ultimately into strategic leadership in global pharma.

I’ve worked in hospitals and research labs, contributed to international medical launches, and thrived in cross-functional teams across regional and global roles.

I also know what it means to face disruption—having lived through mergers, acquisitions, and reorganisations. I’ve navigated uncertainty, led teams through it, and supported colleagues in doing the same with resilience and clarity.

Along the way, I began coaching professionals—helping them move through challenges, reconnect with their purpose, and step into growth. Again and again, I saw the same truth: every career shift, whether chosen or not, is an invitation to realign and rediscover what truly matters.
